Plans in Phoenix

First Friday on Roosevelt Row

Cost for two
$8.00verified
Takes about
3 hr 30 min

On the first Friday of the month Phoenix Art Museum is free from 5 to 8 pm, and Roosevelt
Row’s galleries open for Artlink’s art walk the same night. Take the light rail, so neither
of you has to park twice: a 1-day pass is $4 each
(Visit Phoenix (opens in a new window)).

Get off at Central Avenue and McDowell Road. The museum is about a quarter of a mile north.
Spend 5 to 6:30 there, then ride or walk south to Roosevelt Row for the galleries.

Artlink does not publish the walk’s hours. The only ones in print say 6 to 10 pm, so check
before you go. Food is yours to add.

The easy exit

The walk has no tickets and no doors. Either of you can leave from any corner of it, on your own pass.
